The boys varsity and JV tennis teams won their first matches against Elwood John Glenn High School yesterday.
Congratulations to 8th graders, Tyler Okin and Ryan Sellars for winning their varsity doubles match. 6-3 for the first set and 6-2 in the second set, and 7th graders Bryan Jiang and Sartaj Parmar for winning their doubles match up 8-6. Great way to start the season boys, keep it up!
We would like to congratulate the Middle School Wrestling team on completing an outstanding season! The team finished with an impressive 8–2 record, showcasing their hard work, determination, and commitment throughout the year.
The team was led by their 8th-grade captains, who posted remarkable individual records:
- Mike Maletta: 8–0
- Anthony Stazzone: 9–1
- Joe Ferry: 9–1
- Matthew Campa: 9–0
This year’s team featured 46 athletes and stands out as one of the strongest, most dedicated groups to come through the middle school program.
