Congratulations to the girls cross country team on their big win against Hauppauge yesterday. The girls dominated their competition with Cassidy P. and Annabelle R. placing 1st and 2nd. Mackenzie G., Emily V. and Alexa B. all followed close behind to secure KP’s win. Congratulations to the whole team on a great race!
Congratulations to the Kings Park gymnastics team who won their meet against North Babylon yesterday. On vault in 3rd place senior Bleakley Hand with an 8.0 and in 1st place 8th grader Leslie Lee with an 8.2. On bars in 3rd place Leslie Lee with a 7.425 and in first place Bleakley Hand with a 7.95. On beam in 3rd place Leslie Lee with an 8.2 and in 1st place Bleakley Hand with an 8.8. On the floor in 2nd place Leslie Lee with an 8.25 and in 1st place Bleakley Hand with an 8.9. Good job Girls!

We will be collecting candy for donation to Branches in Middle Island. Candy will be collected in the Assistant Principals Office until October 29th (Tuesday) and candy bags will be made for community service afterschool in the LGI and donated. If you or your student would like to take part, please complete a Student Candy Bag for Halloween form which is located in the main office.
