June 10, 2025 - Day 4
Good morning,
We are thrilled to announce that our talented 6th grade student, Colette Breig, has won an Honorable Mention Award at this year’s Brookhaven National Laboratory Science Fair! The fair showcased winners from elementary science fairs across Suffolk County. Colette’s project, “The Effect of Different Sunscreens on Brine Shrimp’, impressed judges with its advanced scientific approach and innovative research. Her dedication and hard work truly paid off, and she has shown exceptional skills in the field of science. This is the secon year in a row that Colette has received an Honorable Mention at Brookhave, demonstrating her consistent excellence and passion for scientific exploration. We are incredibly proud of her achievements and can’t wait to see where her bright future in science takes her! Congratulations, Collette, on this well-deserved recognition!
